Information on the processing of personal data by P&P Added Value

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us.

As the controller, P&P Added Value processes your personal data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions.

 

1. Legal basis and purposes of data processing

P&P Added Value processes personal data that you provide to us or that we collect from you,

to fulfill contractual obligations (Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit b GDPR),
due to legal obligations (Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter c GDPR and Article 9 Paragraph 2 Letter b DSGMOs),
based on your consent (Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a GDPR and Article 9 Paragraph 2 Letter a GDPR) as well
to protect our legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).


Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • To initiate business regarding our range of services.

  • To fulfill the contract in terms of the provision of services and pre-contractual measures

  • To maintain business relationships and personal contact.

 

2. Recipients of personal data

We use contract processors such as cloud and software providers for data processing.

We only provide your personal data to fulfill contractual obligations, based on legal obligations, based on your consent and to protect our legitimate interests
to the following categories of recipients:

  • Contractual or business partners who participate in the delivery or service

  • external IT service providers such as cloud services and software providers

  • Suppliers of those responsible

  • Customers or interested parties of those responsible

  • Banks for payment transactions

  • Legal representative in case of need

  • Tax advisors and auditors

  • Courts if necessary

  • Competent administrative authorities if necessary

  • Debt collection company if necessary

  • Insurance in case of emergency

International data transfers

Some of the recipients mentioned above may be located outside Austria or the EU or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to that in Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection. For this purpose, for example, we conclude standard contractual clauses (2010/87/EC and/or 2004/915/EC).

 

3. Data protection information regarding our website

Contact us

If you contact us via form, telephone or email, the data you provide will be stored by us in order to process your request and for further communication. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Appointment

If you create an appointment request, your details from the appointment form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us in order to arrange an appointment and in case of any questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
We use a service from Wix.com, based in Tel Aviv, Israel, to process the appointment request. You can find more information in Wix.com's privacy policy: https://de.wix.com/about/privacy

 Newsletter data

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter . Further data is not collected. We use this data exclusively to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, the e-mail address and their use to send the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.

zoom

For online meetings and webinars we use the ZOOM software from the US provider Zoom Video Communications Inc.

For online meetings and webinars we use the MS Teams software from the US provider Microsoft. Cooperation based in Redmond in Washington, United States. Further information about Microsoft's privacy policy can be found here: https://microsoft.com/.
Some of our webinars are recorded and made available online for later consumption. You can voluntarily decide whether you would like to participate in the webinar with video and audio transmission.

Facebook

When you visit our Facebook page, personal data (documentation of usage behavior) is processed by Facebook using cookies. This information is used to create anonymized, statistical data about site activity and automatically provide it to us (insights). In accordance with Article 26 of the General Data Protection Regulation, we are jointly responsible with Facebook for this data processing. In doing so, we rely on our legitimate interests. Without processing this data, it would not be possible for us to be present and optimize our offering on Facebook. Further information can be found on the Facebook information page.

Twitter

Functions of the Twitter service are integrated into our Twitter pages. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. By using Twitter and the “Re-Tweet” function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. This data is also transmitted to Twitter. We would like to point out that as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Twitter. XING

Our Xing pages use functions of the XING network. The provider is XING AG, Dammtorstraße 29-32, 20354 Hamburg, Germany. Every time you access one of our pages that contains XING functions, a connection is established to XING servers. To our knowledge, personal data is not stored. In particular, no IP addresses are stored or usage behavior is evaluated.

LinkedIn

Our LinkeIn page uses functions of the LinkedIn network. The provider is LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Every time one of our pages that contains LinkedIn functions is accessed, a connection is established to LinkedIn servers. LinkedIn is informed that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click on LinkedIn's "Recommend button" and are logged into your LinkedIn account, LinkedIn will be able to assign your visit to our website to you and your user account. We would like to point out that, as providers of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or how it is used by LinkedIn.

YouTube

Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The website is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube's servers is established. The YouTube server is informed which of our pages you have visited.

If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

Google Maps

Our website uses the product Google Maps.  The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of automatically collected data by Google Inc, its representatives and third parties.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm.

TLS/SSL encryption

Our website uses for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content

TLS/SSL encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser's address line changing from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Web analytics

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses such targeting cookies. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have concluded a corresponding contract for data processing with the provider.

Your IP address will be recorded but immediately pseudonymized. This means that only a rough localization is possible.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized. The user data is stored for a period of at least 25 months.

 

4. Duration of data storage

We will only process your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above. In any case, we will process your personal data until the end of the business relationship or until the guarantee, warranty, limitation and statutory retention periods applicable to those responsible have expired. We also process your personal data until the end of any legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence. In addition, we only store your personal data in those cases in which the effort required to delete individual personal data is too high (e.g. within consultation documents) in order to avoid economic disadvantages for the person responsible.

 

5. Reference to the rights of those affected

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. For this please contact us.

Since we process the personal data in our legitimate interests, you generally have the right to object if you have reasons arising from your particular situation that speak against this processing.

Since we (also) process the personal data for direct advertising, you can object to this processing for direct advertising purposes at any time.

You can revoke the personal data that you have voluntarily provided to us based on your consent at any time. A revocation means that we will no longer process your data for the purposes mentioned above from this point onwards.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria the data protection authority is responsible.

 

6. Updating this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration to technical developments and legal changes if necessary or to update it in connection with the offer of new services or products.
