Conditions

Registration and reservation:

Once you have registered, you will receive an order confirmation from us with detailed information about the event, location, date as well as the start and event times. We reserve the right to cancel the course if there are insufficient numbers of confirmed registrations.

Prices and performance:

The basis for the business is our current offers. License/usage fees and/or various costs for online training will be invoiced to the client upon completion. (Topics for satisfied employees: positive leadership, team building, coaching, gamification)

Payment methods:

All prices mentioned do not include statutory sales tax. Invoices are due immediately upon receipt without deductions. We reserve the right to charge reminder and collection fees in the event of late payment. Expenses incurred for transfers from abroad are borne by the invoice recipient.

Cancellations and postponements:

Seminars (as well as workshops and training, both analogue and digital) must be planned for the long term. We therefore ask you to announce any postponements or cancellations in good time in the interests of both parties.

Cancellations or postponements should, without exception, be sent in writing by email to info@pp-mehrwert.at or by post to P&P added value Taglieberstraße 6/5/5 1230 Vienna.

The following conditions apply to the cancellation of orders that have been placed and have already been scheduled:

- Cancellation from the time the order is placed up to eight weeks before the agreed start of work: cancellation rate 25% of the order sum, excluding the services purchased from sub-companies by P&P Added Value. Their cancellation conditions apply here.

- Cancellation between eight and two weeks before the agreed start of work: cancellation rate 50% of the order sum, excluding the services purchased from sub-companies by P&P Added Value. Their cancellation conditions apply here.

- Cancellation less than two weeks before the agreed start of work: cancellation rate 100% of the total order amount, excluding the services purchased from sub-companies by P&P Added Value. Their cancellation conditions apply here.

In the event of a course cancellation by P & flat rate of € 40 per person. Additional claims are excluded. Of course the course will be held at a different date.

We reserve the right to change location or trainer.

Copyrights:

The documents used in our seminars are the intellectual property of

P&P added value. We reserve all rights, including translation, reprinting and reproduction of the training documents or parts thereof. The training materials are only available to those who took part in the event. Any further distribution and use of this material is subject to our written permission.

Place of jurisdiction:

For all disputes arising from the order and its implementation, the competent court in Vienna is agreed as the place of jurisdiction. By accepting our offer, the customer declares his or her full agreement to these conditions, unless otherwise expressly and without exception agreed in writing.

General:

Our suppliers (companies with which P&P works) act with due care in accordance with the GDPR with the participant data provided to them. After completion of orders, personal data will be deleted within one month.

The participant agrees that his/her data will be used by
